#Leveson : Documentary - Justice For Daniel by BelleRose Films

http://vimeo.com/41853889

Daniel Morgan was a private investigator brutally murdered with an axe in a pub car park in south London in 1987.

Twenty five years and five police inquiries have failed to bring Daniel's killers to justice.

When the fifth investigation collapsed the Met Assistant Commissioner John Yates admitted that police corruption had sabotaged previous investigations.

Daniel's family feel a full public inquiry is the only way they are going to get a full explanation of how this happened.
Recent investigations by journalists into the hacking scandal have revealed close links between News of the World, corrupt police officers and suspects in the Daniel Morgan murder investigation.

This short film looks at these links and why it is important for British justice that a full and frank account is made public of how successive murder investigations costing almost £30m went so badly wrong.
